PRESS RELEASE – Fidelity Services Group and ASK Security are proud to announce they will be joining forces to provide their customer base with a stronger integrated service offering. Customers will have access to the resources of both businesses and together will continue to enhance the safety of our customers and communities.
Fidelity ADT will take over the monitoring and armed response of ASK customers in Kleinmond, Bettys Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi-Els from 1 May 2025.
Customers will have access to one of the largest security fleets in the country. Wahl Bartmann, CEO of Fidelity Services Group, says “the agreement will be particularly valuable to customers during the current uncertain times”.
“It has been demonstrated that companies that have a consolidated area footprint, are better positioned to provide a quality security service and we believe the integrated, proactive and robust security and guarding service in a localised community driven environment such as these will go a long way to mitigating crime in these communities.”
We would like to reassure all customers that:
•You will still be able to contact the Director and management of ASK Security directly
•The ASK management and supervisory team will remain an integral part of the service offering with the security and response officers still deployed in the same areas they are currently patrolling
•There will be no change to your monthly fees
•You will continue to contact ASK for all security emergencies, reporting of suspicious activity and alarm activations.
