Stoep café was established at the end of 2012 by entrepreneurs, Sharon and Allistar Stökell.

In 2021, Marius and Jacqueline Porteus moved to Kleinmond permanently after visiting Stoep café regularly during holidays in Kleinmond while living in Phalaborwa in the Limpopo province.

At this time, Stoep café was for sale and invited a new challenge to 2 Chemical engineers tired of the corporate working environment.
Now, after more than 3,5 years, the Awesome food, Bakery and Boutique is going even
stronger.
